MateChess is operated by Individual Entrepreneur DALER ASHRAPOV, identification number 300483527, registered on 14 September 2026 with LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, Georgia.

For enquiries, event cancellations, refund requests, complaints, privacy requests or withdrawal of consent, contact MateChess through Telegram @matechesstbilisi or Instagram @matechess_tbilisi. Please include enough information to identify your account or event and describe your request. Send personal or payment information privately, not in public comments. You may also contact the organiser directly at an event.

2. Your choices

Participation and payment do not depend on giving this consent. You may choose either purpose, both or neither. An unchecked box means no consent for that purpose.

Channels: Instagram @matechess_tbilisi, Telegram @matechesstbilisi and matechess.app. This permission does not automatically include publishing my name, tagging my personal account, advertising emails or private marketing messages.

3. Use, retention and withdrawal

Images may be publicly accessible and processed by platform providers outside Georgia. Other people may copy or share them. Images are used only while relevant to the selected purposes, subject to my right to withdraw; consent records may be retained as necessary to document and respect my choice and address legal claims.

I may withdraw either permission through Telegram @matechesstbilisi or Instagram @matechess_tbilisi or by notifying the organiser directly at an event. New use for the withdrawn purpose stops; controlled publications are removed or anonymised within the applicable legal period unless another lawful basis requires retention. Independent third-party copies cannot be guaranteed to disappear. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use.
